We just had a replacement call-out visit from Matt, due to a manufacturing fault on our shower & his service was excellent. Very knowledgeable, impeccable customer service & a genuinely nice man. We originally purchased our bathroom from Island Bathrooms in 2019 about two weeks ago we noticed the bath tap was dripping. We called and spoke to Lorraine and explained we needed replacement cartridges for both of the taps as, due to the design, we didn’t know which one was dripping. She was FABULOUS, found our original order, contacted the manufacturer and they were delivered promptly direct to us. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely shameful ‘customer service’ at this showroom. Not even a greeting or acknowledgment from the two staff at their desks. I just wanted to say it's now 2 years since our bathroom installation was completed. We had great service and advice from Tonia, and she liaised well with Justin and his installation team.
